What to Expect at Your Consultation
Scans are performed and reported in-house, which is why reports here come back in hours rather than days. Ultrasound, Doppler and digital X-ray are all on site, and because consulting doctors work in the same building, an unexpected finding can be discussed the same day instead of at a follow-up appointment a week later.
Lab on site
Blood samples collected during your visit, e-reports within 24 hours.
Imaging on site
Ultrasound, Doppler and digital X-ray in the same building.
No referral needed
Walk in or book on WhatsApp — appointments confirmed in minutes.
What to Bring
Carry any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries, scan films and recent blood reports, along with a list of medicines you are currently taking including dosages. If you are consulting for a long-standing problem, a short note of when the symptoms started and what has changed since helps the doctor far more than trying to recall dates during the consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Ultrasound and X-ray are reported in-house at Revival Lifecare, so reports are usually available the same day, and are shared on WhatsApp or email.
It depends on the scan. An abdominal scan generally needs 6–8 hours of fasting, while a pelvic or KUB scan needs a full bladder. Our team will tell you exactly what to do when you book.
A referral is preferred so the scan answers a specific clinical question, but our consulting doctors can advise you on the right scan if you do not have one.
